Formación

• 1–3+ years in BDR/SDR/AE, outbound calling, appointment setting, or inside sales.
• Experience calling HR teams is a major plus.
• Comfortable making 100+ calls per day.

Responsabilidades

• Make 100+ outbound calls per day to HR and Talent Acquisition contacts.
• Book qualified meetings using a round-robin scheduling process.
• Conduct light research on companies and contacts.
