Job summary
A leading manufacturing company in Tijuana is looking for an experienced Production Planner. The successful candidate will develop and manage production schedules, analyze capacity constraints, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. The role requires over 3 years in production planning, experience with ERP systems like Oracle NetSuite, and advanced Excel skills. Strong analytical and communication abilities in English are essential for this fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in production planning or factory scheduling.
- Strong experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle NetSuite.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis.
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the Forecast plan and production schedule.
- Analyze capacity constraints including labor and equipment utilization.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure timely material availability.
- Monitor production performance and adjust schedules proactively.
- Provide updates on schedule adherence and risks.
- Ensure synchronization between planning and inventory control.
- Utilize ERP systems for work order management.
- Track key performance indicators for production efficiency.
