A leading manufacturing company in Tijuana is looking for an experienced Production Planner. The successful candidate will develop and manage production schedules, analyze capacity constraints, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. The role requires over 3 years in production planning, experience with ERP systems like Oracle NetSuite, and advanced Excel skills. Strong analytical and communication abilities in English are essential for this fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in production planning or factory scheduling.
• Strong experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle NetSuite.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis.
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and manage the Forecast plan and production schedule.
• Analyze capacity constraints including labor and equipment utilization.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure timely material availability.
• Monitor production performance and adjust schedules proactively.
• Provide updates on schedule adherence and risks.
• Ensure synchronization between planning and inventory control.
• Utilize ERP systems for work order management.
• Track key performance indicators for production efficiency.
