About the role

We are looking for a (temporary) HR Performance Sr. Coordinator who is passionate about organizational productivity, performance management and data-driven talent strategies.

This role will design, implement and oversee performance frameworks that empower leaders and teams to achieve impactful, measurable results. You will partner closely with business leaders, HR professionals and strategic teams to build a performance culture rooted in clarity, accountability and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and evolution of the company-wide Productivity Strategy for corporate and operational teams.
  • Define and implement performance measurement criteria and KPIs aligned with business priorities.
  • Lead the Talent Review process, including performance calibration, collaboration with Directors, and initiating Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) when needed.
  • Coach leaders on effective feedback, development conversations and performance improvement plans (PIPs).
  • Ensure correct tracking and evaluation of team performance, including compliance with SOX controls.
  • Manage the complete performance cycle: goal-setting, evaluations, and Talent Review sessions.
  • Support productivity programs such as self-management, flexibility, focus and connectivity.
  • Consolidate and present quarterly and business-level productivity results and performance dashboards.
  • Drive digitalization and automation of performance processes, including platform transitions.
Requierments
  • Hybrid work in MTY or CDMX
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Intermediate / advanced Excel.
  • Intermediate / advanced English.
