Reporting to the CRM Senior Director, we are looking for a CRM Analyst to join our team in Mexico City with a focus on design and delivery of CRM campaigns for our clients including delivery of our customer lifecycle planning products.
You have good working knowledge of HTML, CSS and mobile email design and enjoy staying current on industry best practices to support our clients with recommendations on innovative email features and capabilities including lifecycle strategy, dynamic content, interactivity, intelligent targeting, personalization, database segmentation, APIs and email templates.
