Remote Onboarding Specialist (100% Work From Home)

Location: Remote from Latin America

Position Type: Full-time

Salary: $3,000 - 4,000 USD/month depending on experience paid via Deel.com or Wise (or similar platforms)

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM PST (1-hour lunch break)

Job Overview

Our client is a specialized growth partner for dental practices, focused on implant dentistry. They provide digital marketing, SEO, website development, and growth systems designed specifically for high-value dental services. Their mission is to help practices attract better patients, grow predictably, and scale with confidence through proven strategies and deep dental industry expertise.

The Digital Marketing Onboarding Specialist is responsible for onboarding new clients immediately after handoff from the Sales team. This role owns the onboarding process end-to-end—ensuring clients are successfully set up, aligned on strategy, and fully prepared before being transitioned to the Account Management team. This position plays a critical role in client experience, retention, and long-term success by creating a smooth, organized, and professional onboarding experience.

Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of new clients immediately after handoff from the Sales team
  • Successfully onboard new clients and ensure a smooth, complete transition to the Account Management team
  • Lead the onboarding process for digital marketing, SEO, and website services
  • Serve as the primary point of contact during onboarding, setting expectations and guiding clients through next steps
  • Clearly communicate agreed-upon strategy, scope, timelines, and deliverables
  • Collect, organize, and validate all required onboarding assets (intake forms, branding, website access, analytics, logins, content, etc.)
  • Ensure all onboarding requirements are completed, approved, and documented before handoff
  • Coordinate internally with marketing, SEO, web, and operations teams to confirm readiness
  • Track onboarding progress and timelines to prevent delays or missed items
  • Proactively identify and resolve onboarding issues before they impact delivery
  • Contribute to improving and standardizing onboarding processes as the company scales
Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies
Required
  • 2+ years of experience in client onboarding, account coordination, project management, or digital marketing support
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Working knowledge of digital marketing services (SEO, websites, analytics, paid ads, or related services)
  • High attention to detail and strong follow-through
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment
Preferred / Plus
  • Knowledge of the dental industry, dental marketing, or healthcare services
  • Experience working in a digital marketing agency environment
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, project management tools, and onboarding workflows
