A recruitment agency is seeking a Remote Onboarding Specialist to facilitate the onboarding process for clients in the dental industry. Salary: $3,000 - 4,000 USD/month depending on experience paid via Deel.com or Wise (or similar platforms)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM PST (1-hour lunch break)

They provide digital marketing, SEO, website development, and growth systems designed specifically for high-value dental services. Their mission is to help practices attract better patients, grow predictably, and scale with confidence through proven strategies and deep dental industry expertise.
The Digital Marketing Onboarding Specialist is responsible for onboarding new clients immediately after handoff from the Sales team. This role owns the onboarding process end-to-end—ensuring clients are successfully set up, aligned on strategy, and fully prepared before being transitioned to the Account Management team. This position plays a critical role in client experience, retention, and long-term success by creating a smooth, organized, and professional onboarding experience.
