This role focuses on monitoring system performance, issue resolution, and collaboration with external vendors. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of technical support experience, proficiency in Java and SQL, and fluency in English and Spanish. The Fintech Technical Support Team is a team to support fintech technology operation in Mexico. Technical Support Engineer is responsible for monitoring system performance, and collaborating closely with peer teams as well as external vendors to solve the issues successfully.
