Formación

• 4+ años de experiencia profesional en desarrollo JavaScript.
• Fuerte experiencia con React o un marco moderno equivalente.
• Conocimiento excelente de HTML5, CSS3 y JavaScript moderno (ES6+).
• Capacidad comprobada para entregar interfaces precisas y responsivas.
• Experiencia integrando APIs REST.
• Conocimiento práctico en desarrollo backend (Node.js o similar).
• Colaboración efectiva y cuidado por la calidad del trabajo.

Responsabilidades

• Construir interfaces de usuario listas para producción usando frameworks JavaScript modernos.
• Traducir maquetas de diseño en experiencias de usuario accesibles.
• Mantener y extender bases de código existentes con código limpio y legible.
• Integrar aplicaciones frontend con APIs backend (REST/JSON).
• Participar en revisiones de código colaborativas y discusiones técnicas.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior JavaScript Engineer to join our team in Puebla City. If you enjoy crafting thoughtful, accessible interfaces and collaborating across the stack, you’ll feel at home here.

This role is frontend-led, with opportunities to contribute on the backend when needed. You’ll have autonomy to own features end-to-end, alongside a team that values clarity, kindness, and solid engineering practices.

What You’ll Do

Frontend (Primary)

• Build production-ready user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks (React preferred).
• Translate design mockups into accurate, accessible user experiences.
• Maintain and extend existing codebases with clean, readable, and well-tested code.
• Ensure consistency by following established design systems and style guides.
• Optimize performance, usability, and accessibility (ADA/WCAG).

Backend & Integration

• Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs (REST/JSON).
• Debug issues end-to-end and collaborate on API contracts and data models.
• Contribute light backend work when needed (Node.js or similar), including fixes and integrations.

Engineering Practices

• Participate in collaborative code reviews and technical discussions.
• Follow SDLC best practices, including pull requests, QA cycles, and releases.
• Write secure, testable, production-ready code.
• Take ownership of work from kickoff through delivery, with team support.

What You’ll Bring

• 4+ years of professional JavaScript development experience.
• Strong experience with React or an equivalent modern framework.
• Excellent knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Proven ability to deliver responsive, cross-browser, pixel-accurate interfaces.
• Experience integrating REST APIs.
• Working knowledge of backend development (Node.js or similar).
• Proficiency with Git and pull‑request-based workflows.
• A collaborative mindset, accountability, and care for quality work.

Nice to Have

• Experience with TypeScript.
• Familiarity with modern build tools (Vite, Webpack, NPM).
• Experience with UI component libraries (MUI, PrimeReact, etc.).
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and auditing tools (Lighthouse, WAVE).
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and production deployments.
