What will you be doing here?

Coordinar la operación de producción de materiales impresos y digitales para las marcas Natura, Avon y Casa & Estilo, asegurando calidad, cumplimiento de tiempos y alineación con la estrategia de comunicación de cada marca. Gestiona un equipo de 7 personas, y colabora con múltiples áreas internas y proveedores externos.

What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network?

• Coordinar la producción de materiales impresos y digitales para 3 marcas, Liderando y desarrollar al equipo de producción (7 personas)

• Optimizar procesos de producción y flujo de trabajo

• Supervisar procesos de diseño, corrección, impresión y publicación digital e impresa

• Gestionar presupuesto y relación con agencias y proveedores y áreaas internas

• Asegurar cumplimiento de calendarios y entregas multicanal

• Alto nivel de coordinación entre equipos de marca, agencias creativas, proveedores de impresión y áreas internas (compras, diseño, planificación).

  Debe anticiparse a riesgos de producción, gestionar imprevistos en tiempos y asegurar calidad. Trabaja con lineamientos generales, pero toma decisiones operativas relevantes.

  Responsable de decisiones operativas con impacto directo en la ejecución de campañas. Área de tipo "staff" con influencia sobre marcas y comunicación externa.

  Impacto directo en el negocio, con efectos en la comunicación local y eventualmente regional.

  Responsable de la coordinación de producción de materiales impresos y digitales. Gestión de presupuestos.

• Liderazgo directo sobre personas. Participa en decisiones de negocio y desarrollo del equipo. Coordina múltiples proyectos simultáneos.
• Interacción continua con equipos de marca, diseño, legal, compras, digital y commercial local y regional. Nivel de interacción: gerencias y coordinaciones. Intercambio de información crítica para el negocio multimarca.
• Relación frecuente con agencias creativas, impresores. Participa en negociaciones, supervisa entregables y representa al área frente a proveedores.
