Senior DevOps Engineer - AWS at BairesDev

What You'll Do

• Design and implement infrastructure as code using AWS CDK with TypeScript.
• Deploy and manage cloud-native applications on AWS using Lambda, ECS Tasks, and S3.
• Maintain and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins for continuous integration and deployment.
• Collaborate with development teams to automate deployment processes and improve system reliability.
• Perform database operations and basic SQL tasks with Amazon Aurora and PostgreSQL.
• Monitor production systems using observability tools like Splunk and OpenTelemetry.
• Work cross-functionally with developers, data teams, and SREs to ensure operational excellence.

What we are looking for

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps engineering roles.
• Strong expertise in AWS CDK using TypeScript.
• Deep knowledge of AWS Cloud services, particularly Lambda, ECS Tasks, and S3.
• Familiarity with database tasks and basic SQL, experience with Amazon Aurora and PostgreSQL.
• Proven experience with automation and CI/CD using Jenkins.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure as code principles and best practices.
• Advanced level of English.
