A leading technology services company is seeking a Talent & Culture Business Partner in Monterrey, Nuevo León. This role involves supporting leaders on HR matters, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring DEI processes are followed. Candidates need a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 2 years of HR experience. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and advanced English skills required. What will help you succeed:

  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, human resources, or related degree
  • 2 years of experience in the HR field or similar positions.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Being familiar to HR processes, policies and employment law.
  • Being empathetic, flexible & goal oriented.
  • Being capable of taking a step back to look at a bigger picture.
  • Enjoy solving problems and working proactively.
