A leading creative agency in Mexico is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to transform concepts into compelling designs across various platforms. Ideal candidates will have more than 5 years of design experience and a strong portfolio. You will work remotely and collaborate with diverse teams to create impactful visual assets. The position requires expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma, with applications accepted only from Latin American resident candidates.

Formación

About the Role

Our Client is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who can take a loose idea or strategy and turn it into sharp, thoughtful design across brand, digital, and campaign work. You’ll help lead visual direction on projects ranging from nonprofit rebrands and fundraising campaigns to impact reports, social content, pitch decks, and event experiences.

This is a hands‑on role: you’ll spend most of your time designing, exploring directions, and collaborating closely with strategy, copy, and video, while also helping clients understand and champion great design

Responsibilities

  • Translate strategy, concepts, and copy into clear, compelling visual systems and assets.
  • Develop and evolve brand identities (logos, typography, color, layout systems, asset libraries).
  • Design for a wide range of formats: presentations, social campaigns, landing pages, reports, one‑pagers, event collateral, and more.
  • Explore multiple design options and directions, then refine based on feedback and constraints.
  • Collaborate closely with writers, strategists, video editors, and animators to create cohesive stories.
  • Stay current on design trends, accessibility standards, and platform best practices—and know when to ignore a trend in favor of clarity.
  • Help improve and maintain our internal design systems, templates, and workflows.
  • 5+ years of professional design experience, ideally with a mix of agency, in‑house, and/or brand work.
  • Fluency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, inDesign)
  • Fluency in Figma for digital design, prototyping, and collaboration.
  • Excellent visual judgment and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills; You can explain your work simply, ask good questions, and respond well to feedback.
  • Reliability: you hit deadlines, follow through on commitments, and raise flags early when something’s off‑track.
  • Curiosity and humility: you’re interested in how things work, why audiences respond, and how design can unlock better results for our clients.
  • Alignment with our mission and clients: you care about equity, ethics, and using your skills in service of organizations trying to make the world better.

  • Salary: $2,500 USD Monthly
