A leading brewing company in Monterrey is seeking an experienced professional for a Procurement role. You'll support strategy development and execute competitive sourcing practices while ensuring supplier value delivery. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree and at least 5 years' experience in procurement, along with strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. Fluent English is mandatory, and Spanish is a plus. This position also requires availability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Support development, translation and execution of sub-category specific strategy.
• Competitive sourcing execution, with tailored negotiation strategies to maximize value for the OpCo.
• Ensuring supplier value delivery by agreeing on supplier performance requirements and enabling user friendly ordering through channel management.
• Own sub-category risk management, through market analysis and COGS management.
• Business Partner with functional counterparts to understand their needs and jointly shape solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor´s degree.
• At least 5 years of experience in similar roles.
• Fluent in English.
• Spanish is a plus.
• Stakeholder management and supplier management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills to understand functional priorities.
• This role requires availability to travel.
