A leading skincare company in Mexico City is looking for a Talent Acquisition Sourcer to manage job postings, source candidates, and collaborate with HR team members. The ideal candidate should have experience with LinkedIn searches, excellent communication skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office. Our next Talent Acquisition Sourcer will be responsible for providing market insights, identifying hiring needs, and advertising job openings. This role will partner with the Talent Acquisition team, HR Business Partners, and Hiring Managers to attract potential candidates, build and maintain an active pipeline, and ensure a positive experience to all of our stakeholders.
