We are currently seeking a Software Quality Assurance Advisor to join our team in Guadalaraja, Jalisco (MX-JAL), Mexico (MX).

Job Summary

Job Description:

• 7+ years of strong test automation experience.
• Design, develop, and maintain robust test automation frameworks for web and API layers using Selenium with Java and TestNG.
• Automate functional, regression, and smoke test cases across insurance applications (Policy, Billing, Claims, Portals).
• Integrate test suites into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins / GitHub Actions / Azure DevOps).
• Develop data-driven and modular test scripts, ensuring maintainability and scalability.
• Perform API automation using Rest Assured or similar frameworks.
• Work closely with developers, product owners, and business analysts to implement shift-left testing in Agile sprints.
• Contribute to performance, security, and accessibility testing efforts as needed.
• Analyze automation test failures and drive root cause analysis to ensure stability.
• Maintain test repositories and version control using Git.
• Ensure traceability and reporting through Jira and Confluence.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Active participation in sprint ceremonies (planning, grooming, retrospectives).
• Ownership mindset with the ability to work independently and in teams.
• Ability to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.
