A manufacturing leader in Torreón, Mexico, seeks an experienced engineer to manage and innovate automated manufacturing systems. The ideal candidate will work closely with operations and product managers to achieve production objectives and implement lean manufacturing principles. A Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering and experience in the automotive industry are essential. The role provides opportunities for growth within a global team focused on building a sustainable future.

Formación

• Experience in Construction Prime Product Machines or automotive Industry Experience.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Releasing processes (4 years minimum).
• Capital RFIs management.
• NPI/NSI processes (New Product Introduction/ New Source Introduction).

Responsabilidades

• Work closely with operations and product managers for automated manufacturing systems.
• Lead Prime Product Assembly manufacturing processes and cost estimating.
• Manage Engineering to Produce Systems such as SAP ME.
• Oversee programs for hiring and performance management.
• Coordinate release dates and availability of machines.
