A global technology company seeks a Senior Compliance Specialist in Mexico to support compliance initiatives and investigations across the Americas. Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in finance or business management, at least 4 years of compliance experience, and fluency in English and Spanish. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex investigations and engage with diverse stakeholders.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in forensic and compliance roles.
• Experience in anti-bribery and anti-corruption settings.
• Ability to manage projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Support development of global compliance initiatives.
• Manage investigations caseload and make recommendations.
• Conduct M&A compliance risk assessments and due diligence.

Conocimientos

Forensic and compliance-related experience

Multi-jurisdictional compliance investigations

Complex data analysis and reporting

Interpersonal and cultural competency

Fluency in English and Spanish

Educación

Bachelor’s degree in finance or business management

Master’s degree or CPA preferred
