An international engineering firm seeks a self-motivated IT professional to manage desktop support in a remote setup. Responsibilities include managing software distribution, providing support for Help Desk Analysts, and training end-users. Ideal candidates will have a bachelor's degree in a related field, fluency in both Spanish and English, and a minimum of 5 years' experience in a WAN environment. This role includes occasional travel to offices in the US and Panama.

Formación

• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience or related degree.
• Must have experience working in WAN environment.
• Mastery knowledge of Microsoft operating systems.

Responsabilidades

• Manage all facets of desktop management including software distribution.
• Train end-users and provide support for Help Desk Analysts.
• Provide reports to management on Help Desk activity.
