A leading cloud communications company is seeking a Sales Engineer Manager to support its clients in Mexico. In this remote role, you will lead pre-sales efforts in the Contact Center area, manage requirements gathering, and prepare technical presentations. Candidates should have engineering qualifications, pre-sales experience in contact center solutions, and a strong team management background. The ideal applicant is fluent in English and has knowledge in various technical areas including networks and databases.
