Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our clients team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with prospects, qualifying leads, and driving business growth through structured sales outreach.

As the first point of contact for many potential customers, you will play a critical role in building strong relationships, identifying needs, and setting appointments for the sales team.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social channels.
  • Qualify inbound leads and identify potential opportunities.
  • Nurture relationships with prospects to move them through the sales funnel.
  • Schedule and set up appointments for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide regular activity reports.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in sales, lead generation, or customer-facing roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal).
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently.
  • Comfortable working across flexible weekly hours (20-40).
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and outreach platforms is a plus.
  • Preferred: Previous experience in the automotive industry or related sectors.
