• At least 3 years of experience with boilers, compressors, chillers, and cooling towers.
• Experience leading energy-saving projects.
• Understanding of TPM/IL6S/WCM maintenance management principles.

Responsabilidades

• Manage critical factory services; electricity, water, and drainage.
• Lead a team of 24 maintenance technicians.
• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of critical systems.

Advanced knowledge of maintenance systems
