Formación

  • 2-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, or Digital Marketing.
  • Fluency in English, familiarity with Brazilian job boards and WhatsApp is a plus.
  • Experience with paid Recruitment Marketing ads across various platforms.

About the Team :

The Employer Brand and Recruitment Marketing team sits at the intersection of talent acquisition, brand storytelling, and culture building.

We are responsible for shaping how the world sees and experiences us as an employer.

Our team is transforming into a strategic partner, driving global recruiting efficiency and scalability.

We focus on optimizing processes, implementing technology, and leveraging data to align talent acquisition with DoorDash's and Wolt's evolving business needs.

About the Role :
You're excited about this opportunity because you will :
  • Craft authentic messaging that resonates with diverse audiences globally.
  • Produce compelling multimedia content — from employee testimonials and day-in-the-life videos to blog posts and careers site features.
  • Continuously test and optimize content, messaging, and channel strategy using data and feedback.
We're excited about you because :
  • You have 2-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, or Digital Marketing
  • You're fluent in English.
  • Previous experience building and launching paid Recruitment Marketing ads across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Reddit, etc.
  • Have experience hosting events
  • You have worked with campaign performance tracking.
  • You have a 1% better mentality, operating A / B testing and conversion optimization to drive the most effective and efficient use of marketing dollars.
  • You're an expert at working cross-functionally with global and local teams.
  • It's a plus if you're fluent Portuguese and you have familiarity with Brazilian job boards and WhatsApp as a communication tool is a plus, both verbal and written.
