A leading business services provider based in Mérida is seeking a Real Time Analyst to manage intraday performance within a call center. Responsibilities include scheduling agents, monitoring staffing needs, and preparing reports. The ideal candidate has experience in workforce management or data analysis, effective communication skills, and proficiency in Excel. This role offers full-time employment in a dynamic environment.
The Real Time Analyst (RTA) is responsible for managing the intraday performance of one program or line of business within a Call Center environment. This position will utilize monitoring systems to ensure appropriate staffing levels and agent availability to meet client expectations and Concentrix scheduling standards.
