Formación

• 5-7 years of experience in planning, execution, and control of improvement and investment projects.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, SQF standards in food/pharmaceutical industries.
• Experience using PMI methodologies and Lean Manufacturing.

Overview

International Company is looking for a Project Engineer (Mid-Level) to join its Engineering team.

This role will be responsible for planning, executing, and controlling capital and improvement projects, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and pharmaceutical / food industry standards

Experience

• Engineer in fields such as Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Electronics, Industrial, or related, preferably with a focus on Administration, Project Management, etc. Knowledge of industrial sanitation processes.
• Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in the planning, execution, development, and control of improvement and investment projects.
• Knowledge of laws and regulations related to safety, hygiene, health, food safety, ergonomics, and other standards (GMP, HACCP, SQF) in the food and/or pharmaceutical industries.
• Knowledge of areas such as packaging, pasteurization, homogenization, baking, and auxiliary plant services (refrigeration, electrical systems, compressed air, water, air handling, HVAC).
• Experience in applying methodologies such as PMI (Project Management Institute), NPI, APQP, CQV, Lean Manufacturing, TPS, or MES for automation.
• Advanced English.
• Experience supervising and coordinating personnel and contractors.
• Knowledge of mechanics, electronics, pneumatics, hydraulics, electricity, etc.
• Easy access to the work center located in Toluca, State of Mexico.
• Schedule availability.
