Job Description

The position of Program Manager will require you to use your project experiences to manage and support creation of large implementation programs.

You will also drive people development initiatives and create and nurture effective communication.

This position is fully remote and based in Mexico (Any state).

What you'll do

• Manage large implementation programs and related teams to drive successful project implementations resulting in high customer satisfaction.
• Support creation and measurement of program components to ensure they are strategically aligned with organizational goals and contribute to quality project implementations and customer satisfaction.
• Create and nurture effective communication within the PPM group.
• Participate in, and sometimes lead, a PPM collaboration forum to encourage open and constructive feedback, answer questions, promote teamwork, and strive for improvements.
• Drive people development initiatives such as learning and mentoring.
• Participate in organization and practice level initiatives.
• Use project experiences and lessons learned to drive continuous improvements within the Delivery team, within the Services team, and cross functionally within QAD.
• Work closely with senior management within Services and cross functionally to develop and improve the services business unit.
• Expert in understanding and coaching customers and prospective customers in organizational change management, linked stakeholder analysis and leading change initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of senior project management or 4+ years of program management in ERP or Supply Chain implementation environment.
• Languages: Proficient in English.
• Professional degree: Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain / manufacturing, or computer science.
• Advanced degree desirable.
• Graduate Program (MBA, MIB or Masters):
• Other Program / Supplemental Training: QAD industry certification and external certification preferred.
