We are inviting applications for the role of Process Developer, Customer Care!

Candidates must be able to clearly and calmly convey information, listen actively, and respond appropriately to customer needs or concerns.

Understanding and relating to the customer’s feelings helps build trust and makes the customer feel valued, even in difficult situations.

Responsibilities
  1. Handle customer service phone calls daily.
  2. Ability to multi-task and navigate various programs.
  3. Maintain professional communication skills on the phone.
  4. Foresee potential problems and communicate issues to management.
  5. Follow schedule adherence.
  6. Meet quality and production goals established by the process.
  7. Maintain a positive attitude towards process changes.
  8. Manage time effectively and be a team player.

Minimum Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Full shift availability.
Preferred Qualifications/Skills
  • Call center experience.
  • Experience with insurance or banking campaigns.
