A leading tech firm in Nuevo León is looking for a Culture Intern to enhance employee experiences and strengthen team connections. Responsibilities include planning internal events, proposing collaboration activities, and assisting with communication campaigns. Ideal candidates are pursuing a degree in Psychology or related fields and have strong teamwork and creative skills. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic tech environment.

Formación

Responsabilidades

  • Support planning of internal events and activities.
  • Research and propose activities to strengthen teamwork.
  • Identify local experiences in Monterrey for engagement.
  • Assist in communication campaigns for internal branding.
  • Help track participation metrics and gather feedback.
  • Collaborate with Human Capital on development projects.

We’re looking for a Culture Intern who enjoys creating meaningful employee experiences and helping strengthen team connection. This role supports the design of cultural initiatives, events, and engagement activities that build collaboration, belonging, and positive energy across the organization. Ideal for someone creative, proactive, and interested in learning more about Organizational Development and company culture within a dynamic tech environment.

Availability to work on-site. This position is on-site at our offices in San Pedro Garza García. The role can be full‑time (8 hours per day) or part‑time, with the following schedule options:

  • 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM
  • 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
What you bring
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Communication, or related field.
  • Intermediate to advanced English level (B2+ or higher).
  • Interest in learning about Organizational Development and Employee Experience.
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and excellent teamwork skills.
  • Proactivity and willingness to contribute with fresh ideas.
What you'll do
  • Support in the planning and coordination of internal events (celebrations, activities, workshops, social gatherings, etc.).
  • Research and propose organic activities that strengthen teamwork and cross‑department collaboration.
  • Identify and coordinate in‑person experiences in Monterrey, such as local venues, cultural spaces, or volunteering opportunities.
  • Assist in communication campaigns related to culture, engagement, and internal branding.
  • Help track participation metrics and gather feedback to improve future initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Human Capital team in projects related to Organizational Development, employee well‑being, and recognition programs.
