We are seeking a Finished Goods Planner responsible for meeting customer requirements through effective use of planning tools and SAP system. The role includes scheduling shipments and production activities, preventing production disruptions and shortages by maintaining optimal inventory levels, and minimizing obsolete and bad stock. The planner acts as a key contact for customers, ensuring timely service and communication to support demand for existing and new products. The position also involves reducing transportation costs and supporting plant and business unit goals through adherence to KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure timely fulfillment of customer demand by managing resources and maintaining daily/weekly production schedules to prevent shortages and downtime.
  2. Coordinate and collaborate across departments to ensure efficient operations.
  3. Define and implement improvement projects in the planning area.
  4. Identify and realize inventory reduction potentials.
  5. Plan, schedule, and monitor the movement of all ECR material.
  6. Manage new customer, program, and part introductions to ensure proper product lifecycle management.
  7. Comply with company policies including 5S, BPS, HSE, HRL, and QMM.
  8. Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications:
  • Professional degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
  • Experience in a similar position, with at least 3 years in RM planning.
  • Result-oriented mindset.
