REQUIREMENTS

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead the product’s overall system architecture and technical strategy.
• Establish development standards and best practices to guide the engineering team.
• Design, build, and ship full-stack features using TypeScript, React, and Supabase.
• Partner closely with Product and Design teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Mentor and coach developers to foster their technical and professional growth.

Desired Profile

• Proven expertise in TypeScript and React.
• Strong background in full-stack development and scalable architecture design.
• Previous experience leading technical teams and driving engineering initiatives.
• Self-starter with high ownership, autonomy, and a proactive mindset.

Preferred / Nice-to-have

• Familiarity with IAM/SSO integrations.
• Hands-on experience with Supabase or comparable backend-as-a-service solutions.
