Formación

• 10+ years of experience in accounting roles, especially in shared services.
• Experience in consumer goods, pharma, manufacturing, or service industries is preferred.
• Ability to act as a strategic business partner.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise accounting staff in posting and verifying financial transactions.
• Conduct reconciliations and ensure accuracy in financial records.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and month-end closing.
• Monitor compliance with accounting standards and policies.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and develop team capabilities.
