The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and 2+ years of experience in a technical role, ensuring effective communication and seamless onboarding processes. We are looking for an Implementation Coordinator with strong technical aptitude and communication skills to support the end-to-end onboarding process for our AI-powered platform. You will work closely with the Implementation Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth technical setup, effective stakeholder communication, and efficient customer onboarding.
This is a full-time position and will follow US business working hours.
