Responsibilities

• Maintain a healthy and close relationship with the Union.
• Ensure compliance with the collective agreement.
• Ensure compliance with internal work regulations
• Coordinate support for the integration of Human Talent
• Coordinate Personnel separation actions.
• Ensure timely and proper service of the cafeteria and personnel transportation.
• Procedures required by the plant before the union, shift changes and overtime.
• Strategies to maintain and improve the absenteeism and attrition KPIs

Qualifications

• 3 Years Of Experience In Human Resources/Labor Relations
• Federal Labor Law
• Relationship with union
