A global leader in transportation solutions is seeking a Global Total Rewards Specialist to design and manage international compensation and benefits programs. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, and 4+ years of experience in global compensation and benefits. Global Total Rewards Specialist
The Global Total Rewards Specialist supports the design, implementation, and administration of compensation and benefits programs across multiple countries and regions. Reporting to the Executive Director Total Rewards will work to support DRiV’s philosophy to attract, retain, motivate and reward employees while ensuring programs are locally relevant, while maintaining compliance with diverse regulatory environments.
