The Opportunity

We’re redefining how sales organizations plan, execute, and grow. Our Sales Planning software enables go-to-market strategies that are predictive, agile, and aligned with business goals. We’re looking for a Tech Lead / Lead Full Stack Engineer who thrives on technical ownership, mentoring others, and architecture-level decisions. This hands-on leadership role helps shape the design and direction of our fast-scaling SaaS platform used by enterprise sales teams to optimize market coverage, performance, and revenue growth.

About the Team

You’ll join a remote, cross-functional team of designers, product managers, and engineers solving real-world problems with scalable software. We’re building a modern, cloud-native application that leverages:

• Frontend: React + TypeScript
• Infrastructure: AWS (Lambda, ECS, Aurora, Step Functions)

This is an environment where your voice matters, your decisions have impact, and your leadership drives outcomes.

• Own the end-to-end design and implementation of scalable features and system components
• Lead architecture discussions and define technical standards for the team
• Mentor and support other engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and design sessions
• Partner with Product and Design to shape the roadmap and define requirements
• Ensure high performance, reliability, and scalability across the stack
• Help evolve our engineering culture with best practices in testing, CI/CD, and DevOps
• Serve as a go-to technical expert for Full Stack development in React + Node.js

What You Bring

Required Experience & Skills

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, ideally full-stack
• Strong experience with React, TypeScript, Node.js, and GraphQL
• Deep understanding of cloud-native systems and AWS deployment (serverless or containers)
• Solid grasp of SQL and NoSQL data modeling and performance
• Proven track record of technical leadership — architecture, mentoring, delivery ownership
• Professional proficiency in English for cross-functional communication
• Passion for clean code, scalable systems, and agile environments

• Nice-to-Have / Bonus Points
• Experience with AI/ML tools like OpenAI, LangChain, or vector databases
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and modern CI/CD practices
• Experience in global, distributed teams
• Open-source contributions or leading engineering initiatives
