This Position reports to: Facility Manager

Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)

In this role, you will have the opportunity to be a key member of the Real Estate function in the given geography/specialized area. Each day, you will deliver to improve the efficiency, performance, and cost‑effective service delivery by the function, by analyzing, proposing, supporting in the implementation of the plan of actions. You will also showcase your expertise by recommending changes to system functionality and supporting the systems implementation/upgrade in your area of functional responsibility.

The work model for the role is: #LI-OnSite

This role is contributing to the Electrification business in Apodaca, Nuevo Leon.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Supporting the definition, implementation and optimization of processes, procedures, and action plans for improvement, within area of functional responsibility.
• Recommending new practices, processes, or policies to improve overall real estate services.
• Assisting in the implementation of special programs, in your area of functional specialty.
• Providing project support for special initiatives.

Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, mechatronics, or a related engineering field.
• 1+ years of experience in similar roles as a facilities specialist.
• Experience in facilities supervision and management of preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Knowledge of maintenance management software (PM10, Prisma, PM Pro).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) and experience with SAP and/or Oracle.
• Intermediate level of English.
