A leading remote marketing agency is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist with at least 7 years of experience in digital marketing, specifically in strategy and execution across various digital channels. This role involves managing omnichannel marketing strategies, content creation, and paid advertising to drive brand engagement and lead conversion. Ideal candidates will have proven success in Google and Meta Ads management, an analytical mindset, and excellent communication skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote setup.

Contract : Full-time Remote Contractor (40 hours weekly / 160 hours monthly)

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll lead the development and execution of a fully integrated marketing strategy across multiple digital channels. Success in this role means driving brand visibility, engagement, and conversions through targeted campaigns, optimized content, and data-informed decisions. You'll manage omnichannel strategies, craft engaging content, run paid ads, and continuously refine efforts based on performance data. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include :
Develop and implement a marketing strategy that integrates social media, email, text, and lead nurturing to drive brand engagement and lead conversion.
Manage a weekly content calendar across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, ensuring platform-optimized, SEO-friendly content with a consistent brand voice.
Use performance data from SEO, ads, and social platforms to refine strategy, improve engagement, and increase conversions.
Deliver monthly reports with actionable insights and collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously optimize digital efforts.
Create engaging content, including graphics, carousels, infographics, and short-form videos using tools like Canva.
Write compelling copy for posts, emails, blogs, and ads with strong hooks and CTAs.
Monitor and engage with audiences across social media channels.
Manage and optimize Google and Meta Ads to maximize ROI.
Run A / B tests on creatives, copy, and targeting to lower CPA and improve ROAS.
Regularly analyze ad performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
Conduct monthly SEO audits and update site content to improve search rankings and user experience.
Optimize on-page elements and metadata, implement backlink strategies, and refresh blog content to align with digital goals.
At least 7 years of professional experience in digital marketing with a focus on strategy, social media management, SEO, content creation, and marketing funnels.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Business to Business (B2B), Software as a Service (SaaS), or Software Sales and Marketing.
At least 1 year of experience working remotely with a company based in North America, Europe, Australia, or the UAE.
Proven ability to manage Google Ads and Meta Ads, focusing on campaign performance and ROI.
Expertise in lead generation and automation using Go High Level or similar tools.
Strong understanding of A / B testing methodologies and campaign optimization.
Solid experience with WordPress or similar CMS platforms for content and site updates.
Proficiency in managing LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok for business.
Excellent copywriting skills with a track record of writing high-converting marketing copy.
Hands-on experience with Canva and basic video editing for short-form content.
Familiarity with using AI tools like ChatGPT for content support.
Analytical mindset with experience interpreting marketing data and adjusting strategies accordingly.
