We are looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team, specializing in the design and development of stair and rail systems. This role requires strong mechanical design skills, proficiency in Inventor software, and an understanding of safety standards and material selection.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and Development: Create functional and aesthetically pleasing stair and rail systems that meet safety standards and client requirements.
2. Inventor Modelling: Use Inventor software (e.g., Inventor, AutoCAD) to create detailed 3D models and engineering drawings.
3. Material Selection: Choose appropriate materials for durability, appearance, and cost-effectiveness.
4. Collaboration: Work closely with clients, project managers, and other engineers to ensure timely project completion.
5. Compliance: Ensure designs comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and accessibility standards.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field. Proven experience in mechanical design, ideally with stair and rail systems or similar structural components, is required. Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar), strong knowledge of materials and manufacturing methods, and familiarity with building codes and safety regulations are essential. Candidates should have strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Finite Element Analysis (FEA) or other simulation tools.
• Experience in drawing generation and revision management.
• Fluent in English (at least 80%).
• Knowledge of structural design, welding drawings, and metal-mechanical aspects.
• Engineering experience in design using INVENTOR.
• At least 2 years of experience in design area.
• Good communication skills, creativity, attention to detail, responsibility, punctuality.
