A language education company in Puebla is hiring for a Customer Success role requiring bilingual proficiency in German and Spanish. The successful candidate will develop engagement strategies, coordinate training, and ensure customer satisfaction. Ideal applicants have at least 2 years of Customer Success experience, strong analytical skills, and a passion for language education. This position offers a hybrid work model with a competitive pay range from $13 to $20 per month.

Formación

  • Minimum 2 years experience in Customer Success role.
  • Fluent in German; Spanish preferred.
  • Ability to develop strategies for customer engagement.

Responsabilidades

  • Collaborate closely with the Head of Customer Success.
  • Analyze performance and prepare reports for B2B customers.

What You’ll Do
  • Customer Success and Engagement: Through high‑touch customer engagement, develop and execute a Success Plan to help customers maximize the value from our products and services.
  • Lead post‑sale engagement, retention, and growth of customers in close collaboration with the Head of Customer Success.
  • Support program expansion by identifying opportunities, driving business outcomes, and ensuring customers achieve success while working closely with the program team.
  • Advocate for customers internally by sharing feedback and insights with Product Management, Engineering, Support, Marketing, and Sales.
  • Strategy and Continuous Improvement: Develop and implement strategies to meet the objectives of new B2B customers.
  • Identify gaps in methodologies and processes throughout the customer lifecycle and drive continuous improvement.
  • Performance Analysis and Reporting: Analyze information and prepare performance and results reports for B2B customers (internal and external).
  • Be the voice of the customer by providing regular feedback to Product and Sales teams and making proactive decisions as needed.
  • Operational and Program Coordination: Coordinate German language training, liaising with tutors and learners.
  • Participate in the evaluation of German teachers for B2B.
  • Review B2B billing matters with the finance department.
