A leading compensation and benefits firm is seeking a candidate to provide analytical and operational support for the LATAM Compensation & Benefits function. You will be tasked with ensuring effective implementation of regional programs, conducting data analysis, and preparing reports to ensure compliance with local regulations. Candidates should possess strong analytical skills, advanced Excel and Power BI knowledge, and the ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish. This role is critical for maintaining salary competitiveness and managing employee benefits across the region.

Formación

Objective

Provide analytical, operational, and coordination support to the LATAM Compensation & Benefits function, ensuring the effective implementation of regional programs and policies. The role focuses on data analysis, market benchmarking, benefits administration, and preparation of reports and recommendations that ensure competitiveness, internal equity, and compliance with local regulations across all countries in the region.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain salary structures, job leveling, and pay bands aligned with market benchmarks and internal equity.
  • Participate in and analyze market salary surveys (e.g., Mercer, WTW, Aon) to define pay positioning by country and job family, and provide recommendations to HR and business leaders on salary adjustments and incentive design.
  • Support annual compensation review cycles, merit increases, promotions, and variable pay processes.
  • Conduct ongoing analysis to ensure salary competitiveness and compliance with internal policies.
  • Evaluate, propose, and manage employee benefit programs (health insurance, savings funds, food vouchers, pensions, etc.) ensuring competitiveness and fiscal efficiency.
  • Coordinate the administration, renewal, and enrollment of employee benefits across countries; monitor utilization and costs to ensure competitiveness and efficiency.
  • Ensure full adherence to local labor, social security, and tax regulations related to compensation and benefits. Support audits, internal controls, and corporate reporting requirements.
  • Update and document compensation policies and procedures for the LATAM region.
  • Develop regular reports and insights for management (Head of HR, Finance, and Regional President). Track compensation KPIs (pay equity, turnover, benefit cost per FTE, etc.) to support business decisions.
  • Coordinate with local brokers and vendors for renewals, negotiations, and employee communications. Monitor benefit utilization and cost efficiency to align with budget targets.
  • Maintain regional dashboards and key compensation indicators (e.g., compa-ratio, pay-mix, turnover cost, SG&A vs. revenue ratios).
  • Use HRIS or analytics tools (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Power BI, Excel Advanced) for data accuracy and visualization.
