A strategic staffing firm is seeking a Compensation Specialist to provide analytical and operational support in Mexico City. The role includes developing salary structures, analyzing market surveys, managing employee benefits, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, advanced knowledge of Excel and data management, and is proficient in English and Spanish. This is a key role for optimizing compensation strategies across the LATAM region.
Provide analytical, operational, and coordination support to the LATAM Compensation & Benefits function, ensuring the effective implementation of regional programs and policies. The role focuses on data analysis, market benchmarking, benefits administration, and preparation of reports and recommendations that ensure competitiveness, internal equity, and compliance with local regulations across all countries in the region.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills
Advanced Excel and data management (Power BI preferred)
Knowledge of local labor and tax legislation LATAM (Mexico, Chile, Colombia, etc.)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strategic thinking and financial acumen
High level of confidentiality and attention to detail
Proficiency in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus)
