Purpose:
Supervises and coordinates critical processes related to business planning, management of change management, culture sustainability, effective communication, and market research. At this level, the role has increased responsibility including but not limited to strategic and leadership skills, driving engagement, innovation, productivity, and customer‑centric mindset. You will be responsible for supervising, managing and motivating team members on a daily basis. As a team leader, you will be the point of contact for all team members, so you must have excellent communication skills.

- Responsible for establishing the communication, culture strategy of the site, and change management.
- Responsible of the Strategic Communication Coordination.
- Communication professional who applies his training, knowledge, leadership, and experience to the design, management, execution, and evaluation of the Communication Strategy on site.
- Update and lead the execution of the general communication strategy of the site
- It is associated at the Campus Juárez level, as a representative of Salvarcar in the Communications Structure of the Campus.
- Approves communication, culture and change management strategies and plans for the site.
- Provides support to the business to solve communication, change management opportunities and organizational culture.
- Establishes responsibilities, goals, and priorities to support the department's tactical plan.
- Supports event planning and facilitates trade shows and key business conferences.
- Ensures the execution of advertising, communication, and public relations plans.
- Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level
- Responsible for following all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices as applicable.
- For those who supervise or manage a staff, responsible for ensuring that subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition, if applicable
- Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures
- Performs other duties assigned as needed
Qualifications / Requirements:
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
- Educational Level: Communication, Graphic Design, Marketing, or equivalent University/Bachelor’s Degree.
- Years of experience: It usually requires 6 to 8 years of experience
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES and AFFILIATIONS
- Preferably bilingual Spanish-English
