We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Collection Analyst to join our finance team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely clearance of receivables, maintaining effective communication with our external dealers and customers.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: 1 year of experience in an accounting or finance‑related role, including internships or relevant academic projects.
• Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar GRP systems) is a plus, or a strong willingness to learn. Solid Microsoft Excel skills (basic formulas, data organization). Familiarity with or ability to quickly learn bank reconciliation software and financial systems. Proficiency in English (written and verbal) is required.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Strong analytical aptitude and problem‑solving potential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing tasks efficiently. Eagerness to learn and develop a career in accounting. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
