Benefit Experience Sales Operations Analyst

This full-time hybrid position is based in our Mexico City office, with flexible work options available after initial training. The role supports multiple business areas and a phenomenal opportunity to join a collaborative and high-performing team in our Global Capability Center.

What the day will look like

Every day brings new opportunities to learn and contribute. You’ll support both BenX sales and solution consultants, ensuring smooth collaboration across sales initiatives. Managing the sales pipeline and working closely with consultants, you’ll play a key role in tracking and reporting for BenX and Health Solutions leadership. Your work will include:

  • Analyzing sales data to find trends and uncover opportunities for growth
  • Organizing national and local sales events, such as the Annual Prospect Summit
  • Assisting solution consultants during client implementations
  • Providing project support and attending meetings as needed

You’ll also help refine strategies and improve processes, making a real impact on our ability to achieve ambitious sales goals.
