Qualifications

  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (SAP or similar).

  • Organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Bilingual (Spanish & English) required for customer and internal communication
Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare reports and analysis to support account performance and KPIs.
  • Promote continuous improvement in customer service processes.
