What awaits you?

• Responsible for the postings and reconciliations of credit losses for BMW Financial with the contract management system.
• Ensure the accuracy of financial records through bank account reconciliations.
• Responsible for postings related to loan terminations, including refinancing and restructuring.
• Reconcile the EFP of portfolio loans with the Retail Finance contract management system.
• Provide assistance for internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with established regulations.
• Responsible for entries related to retail reserves and customer reimbursements.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis of reconciling items to ensure appropriate resolution within established guidelines.

What should you bring along?

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• 3+ years of experience in financial services or accounting, with a focus on reconciliations and postings.
• Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Excel) and contract management systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration.
