Fullstack Engineer – Internal Tooling & AI | Fully-Remote | €60-65K
This role is your chance to help fix something surprisingly painful: employee benefits. Pensions, health insurance, onboarding - stuff that’s meant to help people but usually ends up being a mess of forms, portals, and confusion.

You will be the very first hire, on a brand new team, focused entirely on internal tooling and AI automation - the systems that make everyone here faster, more efficient, and way less frustrated.
You’ll be working on:
- Internal APIs and dashboards
- Smart workflows to remove repetitive work
- AI tools and agents using Langchain, Python, React, and AWS
This role is ideal if you are a product-minded fullstack engineer who loves building tools that unlock others. AI experience is not essential, but If you’ve built your own project, hacked together automations, or used AI in the wild - you’ll probably love this.
It’s early, it’s impactful, and you’ll have room to shape how things are done from day one. Fast interview process, strong package (incl. stock options), and a great group of people.
This is a permanent full time position. You must hold full EU working rights (sponsorship not possible)
