As Vice President of Sales Italy, you will provide overall direction and leadership to leaders and Sales Associates within your area of responsibility to achieve sales goals. You will expect excellence and professionalism from your team in performing their functions with the highest levels of integrity. What you'll do
  • Grow ADP’s Business While Growing Your Team's
  • You will work with your teams to attain or exceed 100% of assigned sales quota within the required product mix. You will drive consistent Breadth of Participation across your leaders and Sales Associates. You will prepare a business plan to identify how the area/regions will achieve the sales goals and work closely with direct reports to implement the plan. You will monitor the area's net sales expense (NSE), direct and indirect selling, and set-up expense budget objectives.
  • Grow Your People
  • You will provide coaching, counseling, and direction to direct reports to ensure their professional growth. You will manage the implementation of career development and succession plans, communicating career opportunities at all levels. You will develop action plans to improve underperforming sales personnel and handle HR activities such as staffing, retention, employee relations, performance management, and recruitment.
  • Work with Other Functional Areas
  • You will collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth sales operations.
  • Report and Help to Improve
  • You will deliver monthly reports as per the format set by the Divisional Vice President of Sales, including forecasts for current month, quarter, and year. You will review lead generation activities, assess results, and provide feedback and suggestions. You will communicate market needs to Sales and Marketing and provide input to Sales Operations on issues needing resolution.
  • Qualifications
  • Proven sales experience, especially with large, multinational organizations. Extensive senior sales management experience leading front-line teams, with strong leadership, professionalism, and business planning skills. Experience partnering with General Management and Operations to meet sales, revenue, profit, and retention goals.
