- Requirements
- Proven experience as a Chief Sales Officer or in a similar senior sales leadership role
- Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and meeting / exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership abilities and experience managing and developing a high-performing sales team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Analytical mindset and ability to leverage data for sales planning and decision-making
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify new market opportunities and drive innovation
- Experience in the relevant industry (e.g. fraud and fin-crime prevention) is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
