Within the Construction Management unit for Military Bases North and Center, we are seeking 2 Expert Project Managers responsible for:

• Managing the definition and execution of projects for new constructions and extraordinary maintenance on Military Bases;
• Overseeing all technical, organizational, and economic aspects of assigned sites, monitoring progress at each stage;
• Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to requirements, coordinating with relevant divisions and stakeholders;
• Obtaining necessary administrative authorizations and client approvals, and supporting in legal disputes related to permits;
• Managing relationships with internal and external clients, controlling and monitoring project progress;
• Handling technical aspects with the team and contractors, ensuring operational levels meet quality, time, and budget objectives.

Educational Qualification: Master's degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or Architecture

Experience: 4-6 years as Site Manager, Technical Director, Site Supervisor, Construction Manager, or Safety Coordinator in Italy; international project experience is a plus.

Technical Skills:

• Ability to understand and prepare technical documentation in construction, civil, and systems engineering;
• Experience managing tenders, including public procurement;
• Project Management skills;
• Knowledge of Legislative Decree 81/08 and health & safety regulations;
• Familiarity with Legislative Decrees 36/2023 and 50/2016;
• Previous experience as Site Manager, CSE, or in technical/operational site management;
• Experience in international construction sites;
• Ability to coordinate and verify quality of work by contractors and professionals;
• Monitoring project progress, quality, costs, and optimization.

Behavioral Skills: Teamwork, problem-solving, flexibility, dynamism, goal orientation, time management.

Languages: English B2/C1 level

Computer Skills: Office, AutoCAD, MS Project

Willingness to travel within Italy (short but frequent trips).
