A global leader in thermal comfort solutions is seeking a Sales and Marketing CRM Manager in Milan (hybrid work). The role involves developing the Group Sales CRM, collaborating across teams, and managing budgets and KPIs. Candidates should have a university degree, 5-7 years of relevant experience, and fluency in English. Knowledge of B2B sales processes and CRM software proficiency are essential.

In your role as Sales and Marketing CRM Manager you will be responsible for the development of the Group Sales CRM, reporting to the Group Sales Excellence Lead within the Group Marketing organization and in strong collaboration with Sales organization and ICT department.
Location: Milan (hybrid)
